It's been a while since I have posted anything so I have a collection of random pictures to share. Christmas was so nice! It was Cy's 1st Christmas and he had fun opening (...and trying to eat) his presents. Caden and Carter both got some fun things they were excited about. We also enjoyed some time with our families.

One of the highlights in January was Caden's 7th birthday. He is so sweet. Notice the thoughtful look as he thinks about something to wish for...I love it. He has a very tender heart and is so good with his brothers, especially helping with Cy. He is really into Power Miners by Lego. He is super smart and his teacher said at PTC that he was one of her top readers.

Carter was a very spooky ghost for Halloween this year.

I found Caden's little costume pieces at the dollar store. They were some type of robot things so he decided he was a Robo Cop. The funny thing is he can actually do "The Robot". He is pretty good too! He cracks me up!

Well, we have been doing pretty good considering we have been battling colds fo a good month now. I thought we were all finally getting better from nasty colds but poor little Carter has the sniffles and a cough again. I am on my second round of antibiotics and still don't feel 100%! We are also patiently waiting for our house to sell! We are looking forward to the HOLIDAYS! Caden wrote his list for Santa today. Carter wanted to know how many minutes until Christmas. :)

Our Trip to Arizona

We were able to go see Spencer and Menolly in AZ this month. It was so nice to be able to go to their home and spend time with them. We went to a really cute park that had some fun things for the kids to do. They loved feeding the ducks, seeing turtles, riding on a little train and ferris wheel, and playing on the toys. We also went out to eat and did a little shopping.

It was Carl's B-day when we were there and he was able to ride Spencer's bike around a track. The kids had fun riding bikes and playing in the dirt.

It sure was a loooong drive! We went through all sorts of different landscapes. The boys actually did pretty good. Thank heaven for the DVD players!

We stopped at Cove Fort in UT along the way. We watched a nice movie and took a tour of the fort. Great church history! It was so interesting-check it out online!

We stopped to see G.G. on the way home. It was so nice to see her. It was her first time meeting Cy. She is so sweet. Love you Grandma!

Well, we are glad that we went and are thankful that we had a safe trip. Thanks again Spencer and Menolly!

Here are a few random pictures from the past couple of months!

I thought the boys looked pretty cute watching "Bobs Big Break" in 3D.

Cy in his Bumbo. He loves it! He thinks he is such a big boy in it. He is 5 months old now!

Caden has a few boys in the neighborhood his age that he likes to play with. A while back he went to a B-Day Party and had a blast. Imagine a bunch of little boys with foam Light Sabers!

We were at my in-laws when Carter came walking in the house with this soot mustache. He had peeked into a burn barrel (nothing was burning at the moment) and ended up with this. It was so funny.

Caden's latest thing is Power Miners by Lego. I had to take a picture of him in his "deep concentration" as he put it together. You can't really see them all but there are a lot of tiny little pieces. He followed a step by step guide and did it all by himself. I think boys are wired to do stuff like this.

Here are a couple pictures of Cy. I still need to take Caden and Carter's! Cy is four months old now. He can roll over, hold and chew on a toy, and he tells us lots of very important stories. I can't believe how fast it goes. "Treasure the little things for they are life's greatest gifts!"

We spent a day at Heise with Carl's family. The weather was nice and we had a really good time!

Caden made Carter into a dalmatian. When I saw it I was just glad they used a washable marker!

Caden had a fun time playing soccer! He was so excited to get his very own medal. Unfortunately his team didn't win a single game! They still did a great job though!

The boys had so much fun at the Idaho Falls parade!

We watched the lawn mower races in Driggs (funny huh, they actually go pretty fast!), had a barbecue with some friends, and did our own fireworks. We had a great time!

I love this picture of Caden! He had a good time in Kindergarten and learned so much. I can't believe that he is going to be in 1st grade next year!

We took the boys to free fish day in Ashton. They had so much fun. Carter caught a couple of fish but they both got away!

We took the boys to the Rexburg Circus and they thought it was pretty cool. They really liked the cotton candy. It's fun to watch them experience things!

Carter was stung by a bee this day. He was not happy about it! I don't blame him either, we discovered that he is allergic. I had to rush him to the doctors where he ended up needing an IV of Benadryl and steroids. He was so swollen and had red hives everywhere, he didn't look like our little Carter! Good thing we have a honey farm and bees are around all the time! Poor kid.

Little Blessings

Cy was so happy to be blessed last Sunday, as you can see! It was a nice day and we are so blessed to have him. He is such a fun baby. Caden and Carter are really good big brothers. The adorable cake was made by Brittany Jones. Check out her blog at Brittany's Cake World, she is amazing!
